What You'll Do
- Scope, design and ship new features end-to-end
- Help onboard new networks onto the platform
- Manage hosting and deployment, ensuring systems are secure, cost-effective and reliable
- Debug, troubleshoot and fix any problems as they arise
- Work with the founders to shape key product and technology decisions
- Be a hands-on technical leader as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and scaling web applications
- Strong skills with our stack or similar (Backend: Python/FastAPI/Postgres. Frontend: HTML/CSS/Typescript. Infra: AWS/Cloudflare)
- A bias for simplicity and pragmatism — we value solving problems cleanly over chasing shiny tools
- Comfortable working across the stack (infrastructure, backend and frontend)
- Collaborative: enjoys working with product, commercial and leadership teams, and speaking to customers
- Happy to get hands dirty and solve problems wherever needed
- Available to start as soon as possible
